Cascarilla, scientifically known as Croton eluteria, is a small tree that is found throughout The Bahamas and other Caribbean region. It is used medicinally in the Bahamas to treat issues of digestion and flu as well as in cosmetics. The bark is also used as a flavouring of the liquor Campari.
