Our Process

1. Receiving and Handling:

  • We receive, sort, and store our plants and other key ingredients.
  • temperature-controlled lab and storage facility
  • importation of bulk alcohol and flavoring components.
  • importation of packaging materials including bottles, caps/corks, cartons, labels etc.

2. Processing and Equipment:

  • Tanks for storing, Macerating, Fermenting, Cooling, Heating, Agitating and Blending
  • Equipment for crushing and pressing
  • 2 Copper stills for distilling
  • Rainwater recovery and Reverse Osmosis system

3. Bottling

  • Rinsing filling, capping/corking and labeling.

4. Quality Control:

  • Along with Bahamas Customs and University of the Bahamas appropriate parameters are monitored to ensure compliance with requirements of finished products for example % alcohol, brix, etc.
